In 1 oz of carrier oil: 3 drops of neroli 3 drops of celery 4 drops of rose
If you don't have the celery and rose, still give this recipe a try. For a carrier oil, any vegetable oil will do. A lot of massage blends suggest grape seed oil, but this oil does absorb quickly. A larger molecule oil such as olive will give you more massage time before adding more oil. A lesser expensive option to neroli essential oil, is another essential oil that is derived from the leaves and twigs of the very same tree. This oil is called Petitgrain, and it carries some, if not all, of the same wonderful healing qualities as Neroli.
